Phoebe has a decade’s experience in supporting the growth and resilience of organisations with urgent stories to tell.

She works on fundraising, organisational development and strategy for the arts sector (across a range of disciplines); organisations working for social justice; and arts for social change. Phoebe is an alumnus of the Arts Fundraising and Philanthropy Fellowship Programme, and a member of the Institute of Fundraising.

She is also Senior Consultant at Achates, a consultancy for the cultural sector.

Phoebe’s experience covers high-level private and statutory grants, capital campaigns, corporate partnerships, and pro bono programme management.
